The San Juan Zip Line Excursion starts a few feet from one of the cruise ship piers in the San Juan area, where you will board your van for the drive to the foothills of the El Yunque national forest.
The drive will take you to the Eastern Highway for approximately 30 minutes, reaching the towns of the Rio Grande and Luquillo.
Once at the Zip Line location, the Guides will help you with your gear, harness, Helmet, and Hand Gear in preparation for your aerial adventure.
A short 5-minute walk in this fantastic natural rainforest will bring you to the start of the excursion, where you will once again be instructed on the zip line method.
Your Canopy Zip Line adventure begins from the First Platform, where you will “jump” from the first Platform to zip to the next Platform found 250ft away. Flying through the air surrounded by nature is the most exhilarating feeling ever.
This San Juan Zip Line Adventure in Puerto Rico consists of 8 Zip Line Platforms, each strategically located within the El Yunque Rainforest canopy. On most days, you can see the ocean from one of our platforms.
All landing Platforms are equipped with safety gear, handrails, and Guides to meet your next landing and ensure your safety throughout the tour.
You will finish the San Juan Zipline and canopy Adventure with a short Old San Juan City drive on your way back to the port, where your guide will give you a detailed explanation of Old San Juan’s historical background.
On this scenic Atlantic Ocean drive, you will pass the State Capital Building, where you will get a great view of Forts San Cristobal and Fort San Felipe Del Morro on your way to the pier.
We can arrange to drop you off at Plaza Colon, a few blocks from your cruise ship pier in Old San Juan, to continue your day shopping and have a local Puerto Rican lunch.

Beach Option 1
Secluded beach: You will finish your San Juan Zip Line and Beach Day Tour with a stop at a local beach in Loquillo to relax and take in the tropical sun that only Puerto Rico can offer.
Discover unspoiled beauty, sit back and lay down your towel, relax and enjoy the tropical sun on a virgin beach that few cruise ship passengers can experience.
The next stop is Loquillo’s kiosks, a local favorite, where we will stop for some local food, snacks, and souvenirs. Loquillo’s kiosks are a much-loved part of Puerto Rican local culture.
Beach Option 2
Beach Club: For those who prefer to sit back and relax in the comfort of your table and chair, we have another option for you. After the Zip Line park, on your way back to Old San Juan, we will stop at our Exclusive Beach Club in Ocean park next to Isla Verde, where you can eat and drink from a diverse menu. Choose from Mofongo to an all-American burger, Rum punch, or have a Pina Colada, which Puerto Rico is famous for!
Rainforest Option 3
La Mina Rain Forest Explore and Waterfall: La Mina is the Waterfall you came to see and experience while in Puerto Rico. A short 20-minute hike through this beautiful Rain forest will allow you to experience the roar and thunder of this impressive Waterfall. In addition, we will have an Approx. 20-minute swim time at the falls. Hike and swim approx. 1.5hrs.
Rainforest Drive Option 4
Stops with Lunch: Enjoy a 360-degree view of the forest at the Yokahu Observation tower, situated just below the mountain tops (an approximate 100-step climb to the top). The option exists to wait at the bottom of the tower. La Coco falls for another picture moment and a stop for lunch in the rainforest for some local cuisine.
Rainforest Drive Option 5
Combines both Options 3&4: This is the ultimate Rainforest Drive option as it combines both la Mina hikes and stops listed in Option 4 with a lunch stop.
